Since 2004, the Northway Biotech Vilnius site has provided world-class support to customers worldwide. With a team of 200 highly skilled professionals, the facility delivers comprehensive solutions across all project stages - from cell line development and process optimization to cGMP manufacturing. The site offers state-of-the-art production capabilities, including microbial fermentation up to 3,500 L w/v and mammalian cell culture up to 4,000 L w/v, making it a reliable partner for the production of biopharmaceutical drug substances and products.
The Northway Biotech Boston site began operations in 2020, initially focusing on process development, and expanded in 2023 with cGMP suites. These cutting-edge biomanufacturing suites are equipped with advanced microbial fermentation capabilities up to 300 L w/v and mammalian production capacities up to 2,000 L w/v. The site also boasts a fully automated fill-and-finish line, capable of high-throughput filling into a variety of formats such as vials, syringes, and cartridges. By establishing a presence in the U.S., we have significantly enhanced our capacity to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring greater flexibility, faster timelines, and enhanced service for partners across two strategically located sites.
